Excellent location to walk everywhere, old town, bus station, port. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants and cafes nearby
You only get 1 chance to make a good first impression! In my first 12hrs, I discovered the hot water hadn't been turned on, there were no forks to eat dinner, and I had to wash the plates and cutlery before eating because they had been put away dirty. All these things should have been picked up by the cleaners before check-in. Also, the bathroom door still doesn't close, although I've seen that mentioned in reviews for a full year! I was given just 1 fork (I felt as though I wasn't trusted with more cutlery), and there's only 1 coffee mug in an apartment for 4. There are so many missed opportunities to turn feedback into positive with some attention to detail, and make this gem a diamond!

The location was terrific! It was at the core of the interconnection, on walking distance to the ferry port and was a doorstep away from the old town!
The facility was clean but the infrastructure is a bit old and wary. A good renovation would turn coal into diamond.

Central location, plenty of room in flat!
The noise from the traffic was so loud we had trouble sleeping!!

Lage war super! Wir konnten von der Wohnung aus sehr gut die Stadt erkunden
Badezimmer war nicht sehr sauber, vor allem der Duschvorhang.
Lampe im Flur hat nicht funktioniert und das Türschloss hat geklemmt, so, dass wir öfter Probleme hatten auf-/zuzusperren.
