I booked this rental for an employee of our company. After his 50 night stay he reported back that it was a great place. It was clean and had everything he needed. It is in a safe area, within walking distance to the beach and stores. He had zero issues with the place. He really enjoyed his time there. The owner is a very nice man and a good communicator. Highly recommend.

We had one of our employee booked at this rental for a week. He said it was a great place. He will be returning for a couple of months. The owner is a great communicator and very helpful. I would recommend this rental.

The apartment was of reasonable size- a small 2 bedroom. Ralph was friendly and was available for questions
Great location near half moon bay and hiking
However, the apt was very musty smelling. Internet was barely adequate. A reasonable economy accommodation priced higher Because of llocation.
