Our large renovated apartment is centrally located in Falmouth with its great selection of shops and restaurants all within walking distance.
There is also plenty of free on street and paid parking nearby.
The apartment features two large double bedrooms (with king size and double memory foam beds). Both rooms feature views over the harbour and beyond. Plus, the Futon sofa bed in the lounge can accommodate an additional two adults.
The large, well equipped kitchen and dining room can comfortably seat six adults around the central dining table. Appliances include a washing machine, dishwasher, built in oven, a microwave oven and fridge-freezer.
The comfortable, airy sitting room features a double sash window with views over pedestrianised Market Strand and Market Street. There is a HD TV with FreeSat and on demand services.
There is broadband WiFi throughout the apartment.

We had a lovely stay in Falmouth. The apartment is centrally located within easy walking distance of all amenities. We will be back for another visit!

This was exactly what we were looking for - central location with space and comfort. View from the bedroom, windows across the harbour are fantastic and you are right in the middle of Falmouth but being on 3rd floor means that you’re not bothered by noise. Would definitely recommend to our friends and would stay here again!

The flat was great! Very comfortable beds in both bedrooms, comfy sofa and chairs in reception, spacious bathroom and nicely kitted out kitchen. Great location in the heart of Falmouth, easy walk to beautiful beach and castle, near good bus connection to U of Falmouth Penryn. Booking was a breeze, communication with host fantastic. Highly recommend!
