This three story family friendly home has a new gourmet kitchen with a Viking Stove, Sub Zero Fridge and Sub Zero Wine Cooler. A spectacular 1000 square foot deck is just off the main living rooms. The bottom level has a master suite with a full bathroom connected to a room with four bunk beds. The bottom level would be perfect for one family! The main level has a family room, a guest bed room, 1/2 bath, new gourmet kitchen, dinning room and living room. The upper level has a library/office, master suite with an amazing steam shower, and three additional bedrooms with a separate bath. There is also an attached Nanny unit. The Nanny unit has a play room for kids, a bedroom for a caretaker as well as a bathroom. A caretaker and or nanny is available upon request. Beautiful reclaimed hardwood floors from Boston Harbor are throughout this lovely family home .

Our annual family and friends ski trip was made even better by staying at this beautiful home! The location is perfect - close to beaches and Diamond Peak as well as Mt Rose. It was immaculate and had more than we could ask for.

Sam’s home is fantastic, well equipped kitchen and lots of spots to sleep. We had an excellent second trip to the home and Sam was accommodating and easy to communicate with. We will be back.

We had a wonderful time with our friends at this house. The house is beautiful, and has everything you need for hosting multiple families. Our dogs appreciated the big fenced in backyard where they could run around off leash.Quick walk to the beaches, and close by grocery stores. Would go back there again.
