The apartment is strategically located near restaurants, city center, and very close to lake Garda. The alley to get into the apartment is also picturesque, where next to it is the best ice cream shop in town, Gelateria Al Pozzo. The instruction was very clear to get into the apartment. There are clear pictures to indicate where to get the key, which apartment, and how to get in. The apartment is well furnished too. A couple more kitchen utensils, such as forks, and serving plates/bowls will make it even better.
It is a bit hard to unload our stuffs from our car because the car needed to be parked in a loading area. You have to walk a couple meters to get into the apartment from your parked car. In a busy day, it could be hard to get parking, and it is only 15 minutes allowed to load and unload. The car then needs to be parked somewhere else, which could be a challenge by itself. The apartment was not cleaned either when we came in. So it was not ready for a new guess. Luckily, Andrea was quick to come and cleaned it himself while we were waiting inside.

prima ligging in Riva. Parkeren op korte loopafstand. Lift aanwezig. Voorraad van drank en etenswaren die tegen betaling gebruikt kunnen worden. Geen tot nauwelijks geluidsoverlast. Afwasmiddelen, zeep e.d. ruim aanwezig. Duidelijke instructies.
De ruimte die de extra inklapbare bedbank in de woonkamer in neemt, Jammer dat deze niet meer als bank gebruikt kan worden.
Niet reageren van de host op berichten die vlak voor en tijdens het verblijf zijn verstuurd.

Location
Kitchen tools were not very clean. Bed sheets were too worn. There were spiderwebs close to a window, which means lack of cleaning. Nevertheless, the location was perfect.
