Sleeps up to 4 guests with 1 king master, 2 queen size beds, and 1 full bathroom with softened water. Feel at home sitting up to the kitchen gathering table next to a large picture window overlooking the lake. Living room, laundry room with washer, dryer, sink, and folding area. Two kayaks, with paddles and vests, provided for you to experience the 'chain-of-waters' through Holem, Cook, Kreighbaum lakes and Mill Pond. Discover plenty of country roads to bike as the lake house is close to Tour de Max route. Explore historic Chief Menominee and the Marshall County Barn Quilt trail. Close to Culver Academy, Maxinkuckee, Tippecanoe River and Notre Dame. No smoking or pets allowed.

We had the pleasure of staying in this charming little cottage, and it truly was a perfect experience. The property was clean and well-maintained, the beds were comfortable. While there was only one bathroom, it was perfectly adequate for the three of us.
The location of the cottage was ideal for Culver families. It suited our needs perfectly and allowed us to easily attend school activities. One of the highlights of this property was the firepit and the picturesque lake in the backyard. Although we didn't have much time to enjoy these amenities due to our busy schedule, they added to the overall charm of the place. We hope to return for our next visit, and we'll have more time to relax and appreciate the beautiful surroundings. On top of it all, we had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the house. His hospitality and warmth made our stay even more enjoyable.
We can't recommend this place enough and look forward to staying here again in the future.

We had a great weekend stay. The place was quiet and comfortable, and a perfect and peaceful “home base” for our trip. Communication was easy. The view from the porch was serene. Definitely recommend!

My husband and I spent a relaxing weekend at this wonderful property. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We so enjoyed the big window in the kitchen with its view of the lake. Our host Angela was very responsive whenever we reached out. We highly recommend this vacation rental.

Stayed two weeks while visiting family nearby. Quiet and safe country location with access to fishing and boating from private pier, deck overlooking backyard and fire pit down steep bank. Could use updated outdoor furniture. Site not suitable for anyone with limited mobility 30+Steps down from deck to backyard. House in dire need of deep cleaning... Starting with refrigerator and stove, carpet worn and stained in living room, baseboards are filthy, dishwasher not adhered to cabinet with insulation hanging out, sofa full of handfuls of garbage and debris, bathroom cabinetry, shelving and lighting had built up dirt and dust. Unacceptable for a vacation rental. Household repairs are shoddy at best. Refrigerator was leaning against the kitchen wall. Need to step up game. Not on par with other rentals in the area. Has potential but lacks polish and amenities. More like a fish camp. Would be glad to share pictures. Should update description to clearly identify as Holem Lake (not Cooke) and add third bedroom in description.
