A lovely, cottage situated opposite the owners’s own property. A great welcome pack was there upon arrival. All the rooms are a great size and it has been well furnished. The main bed was extremely comfortable (2nd bedroom not used). It is also very well equipped with everything you could need. Flooring is practical for dogs being mainly tiled with carpet in bedrooms.The garden is located at the rear of the property through a gate. There are no windows overlooking the garden or doors into the garden from the property, but it is a great area for dogs to play and a glass of wine or 2. Horncastle is a short drive from the property. The hosts are extremely friendly. I would definitely rebook should we go back to the area.

Came for a family wedding and found the accommodation really good. The owners very welcoming and happy to help. A very comfortable cottage which we will look to return to in the future. An excellent place for us to stay with our dog. Very quiet area and very easy to relax.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage. Will love to stay again. The owners were very friendly too. The rear garden, which is enclosed, is ideal for dogs to run around in. We really loved this place and comes very much recommended.

A good base from which to explore the Lincolnshire Wolds. Nice cottage but a little basically equipped. Friendly helpful owners. Good dog walking in easy reach.
