Freezer on request (shared with owner). Garden with patio area and garden furniture (shared). Private parking for 1 car. Please note: The garden has private river frontage.. Formerly part of the village mill, this atmospheric barn conversion stands on the banks of the Lowther, approached by a 50 metre track attached to the owner’s 18th-century cottage. Boasting original beams, river views, fishing on river next to property (fishing licence and permit required) and walking from the door, it is ideally situated within the Lake District National Park. Windermere, Penrith and Ullswater are all within easy driving distance. A perfect holiday retreat. Shop and pubs 1km.

For bookings between November and 31st March there is a fuel supplement of 25GBP per week and 15GBP per short break. Please send a cheque to the owner one week prior to your holiday. For late bookings cash will be taken on arrival. Alternatively guests can arrange to pay the fuel surcharge by cash or BACS directly with the owner.
