On road parking. No smoking.. Next door to the Holy Island Heritage Centre, this charming converted fisherman’s holiday cottage is reached by a causeway at low tide. Only minutes from the sea, with walks over the dunes, the castle and priory to explore. On the unspoilt Northumberland coast, with its sandy beaches and coastal walks. Berwick-on-Tweed, 15 miles. Boat trips to the Farne Islands, castles and National Park close by. Post office, shops and pubs 400 yards.

Has the potential for being a delightful, cosy cottage in an ideal location but, had some important downsides. Did not have a high standard of cleanliness. Very, uncomfortable mattress and hot water almost non-existent despite being reported by previous visitors. Would not go again. Shame.
