Garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Shared 1-acre grounds. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a fenced pond in the grounds, 30 yards away. No children.. A small and well designed cottage. Well equipped and lovely and warm. The only downside we found was the seating, the sofa was rather saggy and somewhat uncomfortable. It may need the cushions re stuffing. The cottage was easy to find and easy to park the car.

Nice quiet location. Lovely patio area and summer house for guests use, weather permitting! The cottage was clean and comfy, though it was a bit of a challenge to stay seated on the leather sofa! The owners, Stella and Carl, were friendly but unobtrusive. Some lovely walks from the cottage, though we were thwarted a couple of times as the start of some of the public footpaths were a jungle of nettles. Tattershall Castle and Gunby Hall and Gardens are worth a visit, (both NT). We would probably stay again at the Willows if visiting that area of Lincolnshire.

Cottage is set in a central position for touring the Lincolnshire Wolds. Lincolnshire Aviation Museum is near, as is National Trust Gunby Hall. Delightful area.
