Fun and funky boutique hotel style with the convenience of a condo. Newly updated and professionally decorated, our condo has new appliances, mattresses and flat screen tvs. This top floor end unit has vaulted ceilings and clerestory windows in the living room that highlight the gas fireplace, with a 50" flat screen tv wtih HD cable and access to a balcony overlooking the forest. Free wi-fi in the unit. The front porch offers excellent views of the Continental Divide. Fully equipped kitchen has everything you might need to feed your family. Elegant master bedroom with high-end mountain style has a new queen bed and its own bathroom. The bunk room has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle to sleep three, and doubles as an a second family room with a 48" flat screen tv, dvd player, a Wii with games, and its own bathroom.
The free shuttle to Winter Park ski resort stops at the front door and goes directly to the ski area with no stops during ski season. In the summer, its a short walk to town, with restaurants, bars, a movie theater, and a bowling alley as well as the amphitheater for music festivals. Across the parking lot are trail heads for hiking and mountain biking and a quick 30 minute drive to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park.
Our condo is a short walk thru the forest from the clubhouse. The clubhouse has a heated indoor pool, two hot tubs, a sauna, laundry facilities, free movies, a meeting room and kitchen for catered events.

This 2 bedroom location was perfect. Great rooms and space and beatiful view off the back deck. The shuttle to the moutain picks up right outside and is a super convenient 5 minute ride. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

I was impressed with this condo. It was a great setup for my young kids. The fireplace is beautiful custom moss rock, a nice spot to unwind in the evening. The location, between the resort and town, is great. The kitchen has most things you would need; we cooked almost every meal and saved a ton of money that way.

Great place to stay! Only thing that would have made it better is some coffee! Christy was proactive and responsive. Would stay again!
