Lovely cottage in peaceful location, just minutes from beach, Lleyn Peninsula with sandy bays and rocky headlands nearby.. Ground Floor:

In a peaceful location on a small holding on the outskirts of the village of Abererch, just 15 minutes from the beach.
The market town of Pwllheli, with its leisure centre and excellent marina, is just 2 miles away, and the beautiful Lleyn Peninsula, Heritage coast of Sandy Bays and Rocky Headlands are all within easy reach.
The Snowdonia National Park is a pleasant drive with its unique variety of attractions. Other facilities such as sailing, horse riding, fishing, go-karting and golf all available nearby. Shop and pub 2 miles.

Yes as I said ... perfect! Lovely upside down house with sea view. Very clean, well equipped, super location, easy parking, and Mr and Mrs Williams were helpful and kind. We would definitely recommend and am sure we will visit again. ( and believe me, we are VERY particular!)

Clean, roomy and well equipped cottage in quiet location behind owners farmhouse. Only slight problem was poor TV reception on some evenings.
Very friendly and accommodating hosts.
About 3/4 mile to beach and Abererch railway station.
About 2 miles to Pwlleli town.
Bus stop about 1/4 mile.

We had a great holiday. The cottage is well equipped, comfortable and perfect for exploring Snowdonia and the Llyn Peninsula. We walked to Abererch beach in 20 minutes with the kids. We also enjoyed flagging down the train at the request stop to get to Harlech Castle. Mr and Mrs Williams were very helpful and friendly hosts.
