Bedroom: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Ensuite: Shower, Toilet. Oil central heating, oil, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Wi-Fi. Welcome pack. . Large lawned garden with garden furniture. Shared use of owners’ three acre grounds. 2 small dogs welcome. Bike store. Parking for 2 cars. No smoking.

The village of Llanon, with pub and shops for the essentials, is just 1 mile away and from here it is a short walk to the sea front.
Ceredigion and the Heritage Coastline is a distinctive Welsh region with a thriving cultural identity and the perfect area for a weekend break or longer stay. It boasts award-winning sandy beaches, coves (many are dog friendly all year round), cliffs, varied wildlife and birdwatching. The cottage is within easy driving distance of the major towns in the area, Llanon being the nearest. Walking to Llanon is not too easy as you have to walk the lane from the cottage to Llanon, which includes a steep climb walking back.
The coast path runs through Llanon and there are regular busses travelling the coast road.
Because of Covid-19, we didn't eat out but used the cooking facilities in the cottage, which were more than adequate. The cottage is well laid out and decorated. We found it most comfortable and warm - given that the outside temperature was 5 degrees!
Vicky and Richard were very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. We had an enjoyable few days at Bay View Cottage and would certainly stay there again.

This beautiful cottage I highly recommend. It is located in a very peaceful location in the countryside with hillside views of the sea.
Vicky welcomed us as we arrived and we found a welcome food basket in the kitchen, and fresh milk in the fridge. The cottage is spotless and very comfortable, with lovely soft towels.
