The picturesque market town of Market Rasen is just 9 miles away with its famous racecourse and plenty of shops and restaurants. The Lincolnshire Wolds is on the doorstep with good cycle routes and walks throughout the area, making this a great place to explore as well as its many pretty villages and pubs for refreshment on your journeys. Newark Showground with its many antiques fairs is about a 30-minute drive. Beach 28½ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.
