Adjoining the owners’ home and B&B this holiday home offers very comfortable accommodation with a large open plan living, dining and kitchen space. A great base for walkers and cyclists as country lanes and footpaths are all close to the property. The towns of Christchurch and Ringwood are both only a short drive, with many shops, pubs and restaurants. Enjoy nearby beaches at Mudeford, Bournemouth and Poole. Also easily accessible are Beaulieu, Exbury Gardens and Lymington, with ferry trips to the Isle of Wight. Shops, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.

The accommodation was spotless, very comfortable, excellent amenities, with a delicious welcoming cake and biscuits. Tea coffee, milk salt n pepper. Absolutely the perfect host in Mrs Brown. If you're looking for accommodation in this area, the I would certainly recommend coming here. 👌

Ideal for two people, well equipped, comfortable furnishings, many things of interest, location stunning close to lots of shops, pubs, restaurants and walks. The owners are very helpful and supply lovely home made cakes on arrival as well as milk etc.

Cosy, well equipped little place with a very welcoming host. Good base from which to explore the New Forest, and not far from Beaulieu.
