The Royal Sandringham Estate, with its vast leafy grounds, offers a leisurely day out within easy driving distance. Shop 660 yards, pub 440 yards.

Lovely, spacious, well-equipped cottage in a beautiful location, convenient for exploring north west Norfolk. The only possible down sides could be the steep stairs to the accommodation and that bathrooms are not on the bedroom floor which may be a night time problem for some.

A lovely place, good location although a bit isolated, but not enough to put us off coming again really enjoyed our stay. A lovely apartment clean and well equipped would recommend to anyone

This a very good holiday rental property. It would be hard to find any real faults. It is comfortable, well maintained and well resourced. It is in a very quiet location but within easy reach of Hunstanton for shops etc. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Everything wonderful but as SIL is football crazy an updated TV and / or internet would have been appreciated .
Cottage is fabulously kitted out with everything and I mean everything ...
(Beware of toilet in bathroom...not everything goes down !!!!)
