After a day exploring the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside, or building sandcastles on the beach, relax in your own private hot tub.. All on the Ground Floor:

Welcome pack and doggy extras. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. Hot tub for 6 (private). Bike store. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a lake 30 yards away.. Tucked away on a quiet country lane this spacious, detached bungalow offers a tranquil retreat complete with a private hot tub to relax in after a day exploring the area. Whether it’s a trip to the traditional seaside resort of Skegness with its sandy beaches and Gibraltar Point Nature reserve, or a day out in Lincoln famous, for its cathedral, castle and the Magna Carta Visitor Centre, there is something for everyone. Just 2 miles to Burgh le Marsh where you will find a number of restaurants and pubs. The Lincolnshire Wolds offer excellent walks and cycle routes with good country pubs to stop off in and enjoy refreshments, coarse fishing at Bratoft, (licence required), is 2 miles away and there is a good golf course within a short drive. Beach 9 miles. Shop and restaurant 5 miles, pub ½ mile.

Fantastic cottage. It must be as this was our second visit and that's never happened before. In a remote village, but the bigger village of Burgh le Marsh is only a short walk. Skegness close by for supermarkets. Park at the golf course for access to the beach for a nice dog walk. King George walk also great for the dog. Cottage has everything, and very peaceful. Hot tub is great. Highly recommend!

Rose Cottage must undoubtedly be the Jewel in the Crown of accommodation's available with Cottages.comCharming, beautifully maintained & spotlessly clean, we had the most amazing week - we truly did not want to leave.Such a tranquil setting, with an abundance of rooms & space to relax in. With a completely enclosed garden boasting a spotlessly clean hot tub to relax in & a vast array of kitchen utensils, towels & blankets, no detail has been overlooked.The very generous welcome hamper from the delightful hosts was a lovely surprise & very much appreciated.Our week in Rose Cottage is a holiday we will always remember & we can't wait to go back.

Had several holidays in this cottage and keep coming back so that says it all. Hot tub, patio and garden ideal for couples and families so no need to go out every day for entertainment.
