A delightful two bedroom, two bathroom cottage in a quiet location, only five minutes level walk to the bustling town centre and very close to the Keswick Convention centre. The owners have provided very good quality accommodation which they fully refurbished, with great facilities including a bathroom on each level, well equipped kitchen and Wi-Fi internet access. There is a patio area in the rear garden and on street parking to the front, in this quiet residential street. Causey Cottage is very popular, with close proximity to the amenities combined with excellent accommodation and a wide variety of walks from the door. Golf and fishing nearby. Shop, pub and restaurant 400 yards.

Superb - comfortable, well equipped, everything worked. Short walk to Keswick centre and Lakeshore, "corner shop" less than 5 mins walk for emergency milk etc. There's always pressure on parking in this bit of Keswick but this road is just a bit away from the main road and we always found a space reasonably nearby. Ideal base for 4 people, we'll be back!

We enjoyed a brilliant few days at this cosy, comfortable and well equipped cottage. It was great to have parking outside the house and be able to walk in to Keswick. We highly recommend Causey Cottage and look forward to returning in the future.

5th time at this very comfortable cottage. Superb location for exploring Keswick and beyond. The cottage was very clean on arrival, and warm and welcoming given the miserable weather when we arrived. Some items had been removed in accordance with Covid precautions, but this didn't affect our stay at all. The only slight issue was the upstairs electric shower, which seemed a lot less powerful that we remember. Just a trickle now
There is a downstairs bathroom with a good shower, and a bath, although the water temperature is rather cool if using the bath. We prefer to be able to use the upstairs shower, rather than go downstairs. However, this isn't such a big problem, ad we have booked another visit to this cottage next year.
