North Devon has wonderful beaches and is well positioned for visits to Exmoor, Dartmoor and North Cornwall. At Croyde and Woolacombe, discover some of the best and cleanest surf beaches in the country, as well as many smaller coves and bays. Exmoor and the South West Coastal Path are located close by and there are NT properties at Arlington and Knighthayes. Shops ½ mile, pub, beach and restaurants approximately ¼ mile.

Really excellent stay in oak tree cottage.It was perfectly set up for our family of dogs and a small person. The totally enclosed garden gave us peace of mind that we were secure and all could roam. The cottage had great touches with DVD’s for when the weather was less than perfect. We hope to return soon!

We really enjoyed our stay at oak tree cottage despite the wet weather and were made to feel very welcome.
The cottage is private whilst being at the end of the owners property. The children loved walking past the chickens everyday. The cottage is possibly more suited to slightly older children as our 17mth old toddler was quite interested in the stone fireplace.

The cottage is beautiful, clean and such a lovely place to come on holiday and relax. There is so much to do in this area with only a short walk to the beach. The owners Nic and Dave are so friendly and make you feel at home with a home made cake on arrival and fresh eggs from thier ducks and Chickens.
