About this apartment rental
Located just 100 meters from the "Sirmione 2" harbor, in an area surrounded by parks and gardens. Nearby, you’ll find supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, and other services—all within walking distance. Just a few minutes’ walk away are "Spiaggia Brema" and "Spiaggia Lido Galeazzi," and a short distance from the famous Sirmione thermal baths, "Acquaria Thermal SPA."
The apartment is 70 square meters, located on the first and only floor (no elevator). It features a spacious entrance with a fireplace and a sofa bed for one person, a living room with a sofa and a 55-inch smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen area: refrigerator, induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and Nespresso coffee machine. The balcony has a table and four chairs, offering a view of the garden and the harbor.
In addition to the sofa bed for one person, the apartment includes one double bedroom with a balcony and one single bedroom, accommodating a total of four guests. The bathroom is windowed and equipped with a shower, toilet, and bidet.
The apartment also includes a private garage, a washing machine, and access to a communal swimming pool (seasonal opening, June–September, depending on weather conditions), fully renovated.
HOUSE RULES
Tourist tax (NOT INCLUDED): To be paid in cash upon arrival. For 2026, from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, the rate is €2.80 per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 nights. Children up to and including 14 years old are exempt.
CHECK-IN: From 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Other times must be arranged in advance. For arrivals after 9:00 PM, an additional fee of €25 is required. Please communicate your arrival time at least one day in advance and notify us of any delays during your journey.
CHECK-OUT: By 10:00 AM.
Linen change: If you require a change of bed linen, there is an additional charge of €10 per person per change.
No smoking, no pets, no parties, and no subletting.
A baby cot and high chair are available free of charge upon request.

We found all we needed. A few not perfect observationd were:
The music in the cafe next door was sometimes too loud. The chairs on the balcony could be more comfortable. Unfortunately, we couldn't sit on the balcony for long. But otherwise everything else was great. We enjoyed the time in the apartment.

Had an amazing stay. The apartment is very neatly decorated, communication was great and there was a lot of space (we were four adults). Clean apartment, quiet surroundings. Easy and close by access to transport to centre of Sirmione. Very nice beach only 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

Casa Celeste is a well-decorated, bright and cheery place to stay. Modern amenities, comfortable beds and 2 balconies. We were happy to meet our lovely hosts. Great location. Lots of great restaurants and walkable to all to see in Sirmione. We were very happy.

Die Wohnung war sauber und hat über alles nötige verfügt inklusive einer Waschmaschine. Sehr schön war es auch, dass eine eigene Garage zur Verfügung stand. Die direkte Umgebung der Wohnung und das Treppenhaus lassen allerdings etwas zu wünschen übrig. Das Treppenhaus war nicht sehr einladend und dunkel. (Bedarf einer Renovierung)
