About this house rental
OB is as unpretentious as San Diego beach living gets. A funky, sleepy little beach town that time has forgotten. Where sunny days are punctuated with waves pounding the beach and sunsets accentuated by the Sunset Cliffs.
This newly renovated property is a 2-Unit town-home which can be rented together or for smaller groups we can block off part of the property and offer discounted rates.
Both units have access to a shared patio area with a gas grill and a rooftop deck, complete with chaise lounges for sun bathing, patio table, chairs and umbrella for dining or just enjoying the nightly fireworks and peak ocean views.
Property A is the newly renovated front unit, with a gorgeous modern kitchen and spacious master bedroom, complete with a king bed, walk-in closet, fireplace, couch and flat-panel tv. The main bath is spacious as well with a large glass shower.
The 2nd bedroom has a full-size bed with an en suite bathroom with shower/tub combination.
Unit B is the newly renovated back unit, and has a wonderful Mexican flare, with brightly colored walls and decor. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed while the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, both of which share a newly remodeled bath.
If you choose this wonderful property you will be steps away from the beach, pier, tide-pools and all that Newport Avenue's locally owned shops, restaurants and bars have to offer.

Loved this property and location! Rooftop was amazing, lots of restaurants nearby to walk to plus you can smell the ocean. Only thing we were sad about was the grill grate was very rusty and we decided not to risk cooking our food on it like we originally planned.
