Custom waterfront home on one of California's only private lake communities ready for your enjoyment! Enjoy morning coffee overlooking the water. House faces east so you have the morning sun.
This beautiful two story home comes complete with four bedrooms. When you enter the front door you are upstairs where there are two bedrooms (including the master which overlooks the lake), Tv room and Kitchen are located. Downstairs you will find a large game room with pool table, football, large flatscreen tv and 2 more bedrooms. This home can sleep 12 people but also has two pull out couch beds for more if needed.
Canyon Lake also has a wonderful golf course.
The home has a fishing kayak and 2 paddle boards. There is great bass, bluegill and cat fishing right off our dock or venture out in the kayak or paddle boards.

Our one month stay was great! We are a family of 5, two dogs and one cat! Very busy family who moved from NY to CA. Staying in the home is what we made it. “ Our home” for a month. Douglas was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We were able to make our move go smoothly because of this Canyon Lake house. I highly recommend booking this home if you are looking for a beautiful get away.

The house was clean and well supplied with paper products and linens. However, we were there in the winter and it took over a minute to get warm water at the faucets. This was very irritating and wasteful. The electric bill at the house is regularly over $400, so expect to pay part of the bill.

The pictures dont do the property justice. A very nice house with lots of space and great view with direct access to the water. Douglas is super responsive and always there in case you have any question. I would surely recommend this to anyone. Cheers
