About this apartment rental
The accommodations are located in the historic center of Cannobio in a recently renovated period building.
The apartments were renovated and furnished in 2003.
The building is in the pedestrian area which also includes the long lake, the marina and the public beach.
At a distance of approximately 1,000 meters there is a beach and wind-surfing equipment. At about 250 meters there is access to the lake promenade of Cannobio.
The area is considered very quiet.
Fourth floor without lift
The accommodation is a two-room apartment on two levels of approximately 65 square meters and consists of:
living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, blind bathroom with tub, 1.5 m2 terrace overlooking the village and lake;
on the upper level: bedroom with double bed and extra bed, bathroom with shower.
The accommodation can accommodate up to n. 5 people :
- 3 people in the master bedroom
- 2 people in the living room (sofa bed)
Equipment: satellite TV, 4-burner gas stove, electric oven, American coffee machine, small terrace equipped with chairs, fireplace.
Suitable for customers with: animals, without car.
Not suitable for customers with: disabled.

Wir waren zu dritt in dieser Ferienwohnung (Geschwister). Zwei Personen im Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett mit einer Matratze) und eine Person im Wohn- und Essbereich auf der Schlafcouch. Die Privatsphäre ist bei mehr als zwei Personen nicht besonders gegeben, was bei einem Familienurlaub kein Problem darstellt. Die Wohnung würde ich für max. 4 erwachsene Personen empfehlen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man erreicht zu Fuß innerhalb 2 Minuten die Promenade und in ca. 10 Minuten den Sandstrand. Die Wohnung ist sauber und man hat einer wunderschönen Ausblick auf den See und die Stadt. Leider war in der Beschreibung nicht angegeben, dass es Handtücher und Bettwäsche vor Ort gibt. Ebenso wurde nicht vermerkt, dass es kein WIFI gibt. Wichtig ist auch die Info, welche uns gefehlt hat, dass sich die Wohnung in einer Fußgängerzone befindet und durch einen Innenhof nur zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Einen kostenlosen öffentlichen Parkplatz gibt es ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Fernseher hat funktioniert, hatte jedoch nur ca. 5 italienische Programme. Die Wohnung würde ich mit Ergänzung der fehlenden Infos für einen Kurzurlaub weiterempfehlen.
