Fabulous 2 bedroom condo! Packed full of fun for family and friends!

We enjoyed our stay at your property. The condo was very spacious. There was ten people in our party, 5 adults and 5 children. We would have enjoyed a half bath during our stay. We stayed in a ground floor condo and loved the easy access to our vehicle.

Close to Dollywood, but away from the hustle bustle of Pigeon Forge. Easy to get to where we needed to go! Place was cozy and comfortable. Game room and was fun. The hot tub was fun, but not very private.

The condo was extremely clean when we arrived. The pictures do not do it justice. It is way nicer than it shows. There was plenty of room for my family of five. The hot tub was nice to have, but it is not private at all. It is in front of the condo. It is centrally located to all we wanted to do. It’s tucked away in a very quiet, secluded area, which we loved. It is about two minutes from Dollywood! I cook when we are on vacation, and I was surprised that there was nothing in the kitchen as far as oil and seasoning. I’ve stayed many, many places, and there have always been things like that. Didn’t have enough dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher. There were tons of pots and pans, and everything I cooked stuck to them. They were definitely not nonstick pans. There was no sponge in the kitchen to scrub them. The worst part were the paper thin walls. We heard every step of those above us. If they moved a chair, we heard it. We heard the people talking next to us. Thankfully, the noisiest group didn’t stay there the whole time we were there. They let their kids run all over, and we heard every bit of it clearly. It woke us up one morning! That alone would make me not stay here again. It was that bad. I did call the rental company about them, and they did call them. If not for that, I would have given a higher rating and would stay here again.
