About this apartment rental
Amazing attic with elevator in the city center, 5 minutes walk from the Duomo, full of light and extremely quiet. 7th floor (above ground) overlooking the roofs of Florence, Breathtaking view exposed to west offering spectacular sunsets.
Large living room, 3 bedrooms + 1bedroom/office with French bed (4.7 ft) , 3 bathrooms (2 with shower, 1 with bathtub), fully equipped kitchen, laundry. SLEEPS 9
WI FI, Air Conditioning, individual heating, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer.
For stays longer than 1 week the utilities (electricity, water, gas, garbage fee) have to be paid aside. We read the readings before and after your stay and balance them.
Also a down payment is requested through Paypal or in cash. It will be refund within a week from check out , after checking the apartment for damages and after balancing the utilities

This was an amazing property with the gorgeous view of sunset over the city! It is very spacious and had all the things we needed for a group of seven. Great location and convenient. Would highly recommend!

One of the top 5 apartments that I have had the pleasure of staying in Italy. This apartment is truly modern with all the conveniences that make it feel like home. Excellent kitchen, washer and dryer work great. Huge dining/living area. Location was great...walking distance to everything. I give it my highest recommendation!

Ruben was on time to meet us at the apartment, very pleasant, efficient and helped get the baggage into the elevator and the apartment. Showed how everything worked in the well-equipped apartment. He made sure we could communicate via e-mail. He asked if we had any questions and left.
Very modern furniture, uncomfortable due to its being very low, and challenging to get up and down from. Bathrooms were great. The apartment was large. Apartment was close to major tourist attractions/sites, and the view, from the living room window, of the Duomo was wonderful.
Check in was via the Keesy App. We spent over two hours one night in Rome, trying to complete the process. The app was very difficult to use, requested information was typed in or photo taken and sent, and the app would ask for it all to be re-entered again. After creating a user name and password, the app said “credentials are not valid”. Daniella had the Keesy people call me the next day, unfortunately, the call woke me up in the morning, and when asked to call back, they did not. We are a very computer savvy group, and use our cell phones for everything. Very difficult check in process.
We had to take the trash to a trash collection point one third of a mile away. This was not mentioned in the apartment description. It was stated in the contract I signed, after all money was paid for the apartment.
Each of the three women in our group said they would have felt very uncomfortable walking on the street after dark without me being with them, as there were men standing around in doorways or sitting on steps. An abandoned bicycle blocked the sidewalk all week, and beer bottles littering the street and sidewalk.
For the above three reasons, we would not rent this apartment again.
