The kitchen was well stocked, the space was perfect for 38 people to spread out and yet feel close! The only downside was the room listing is inaccurate to the actual house, but we were able to make it work. :)

Older house that had Overall nice layout design on all three floors. Lots of fun in the playroom as always The AC on the basement level was not working so people either froze or burned up. Had the great maintenance team out on three occasions to try to fix the system it it kept not working well The AC on the third floor only worked on one side which was ok. The other two rooms on the left side were like a sauna. The maintenance team brought out a portable unit but we could not use it due to the window design. Had a great sun room that had large picnic tables and enough room for the whole family. The dual kitchens were a plus for a group our size. The living room couches need updating as they are very uncomfortable to sit on Beds were all comfortable

Overall it was very nice, did lose a bedroom due to mold and a leak in the ceiling and a couple other leaks. Did have something for everyone and plenty of spare. Over all we had a wonderful time
