My calendar is up to date. I will book up to one year in advance only and require a 7 day stay April 1 to November 1, Saturday to Saturday. If my current guests DO NOT REBOOK BY CHECKOUT (SATURDAY) that week will become available on my calendar. Thank you for your interest in my home.—Janel

The Hot Tub can be heated separately anytime of the year. If the pool is not/can not be heated, the charge to run the Hot Tub only is $50/day.

The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always available if we needed anything. The house was immaculate, and we truly lacked for nothing. From the pool and hot tub to the ocean, everything we could have wanted was right at our fingertips. The kitchen was stocked with every conceivable appliance—we laughed when it took us two days to realize there were two dishwashers! We look forward to returning next year.

We love this house! This was the 3rd time staying here. The kitchen is amazing and stocked well with dishes/ pot and pans, really anything you could need it is probably here. We could have several people cooking at one time and still had plenty of space. The layout of the house is very convenient for large groups. The hot tub was new for us. It was awesome. We are already planning for next year!
