We ordinarily travel to Phoenix each year (a combination of work and pleasure) and with two young children we’re always a bit wary staying somewhere new. We have to say though, we’ve got nothing but great things to write here!
From the location (we wondered whether a previous guest’s description of the walk to the beach being a minute long may be an exaggeration but it really is!), the spacious rooms, the warm outside shower, the garden and parking. Everything was ideal.
Rob was on hand just over the road should we need anything, the next door neighbours are welcoming and our three year old absolutely loved his daily trips to ‘the beachside’ before bed.
You can walk to main beach through the neighbourhood (takes about 15 mins) and there’s shops/restaurants galore. If you’ve children there’s plenty of small coves and a few lovely parks nearby. Art galleries, sweet shops, plenty to see and do. But most importantly, the house is just on the cusp of the action so you’re just surrounded by quiet each night and the odd seal noise!
The property comes with tonnes of wardrobe space, all the kitchen essentials you could ask for, WiFi, books, bedding, towels and cable. We’d return time and time again and are already planning when we can next visit!
