Don't eat breakfast. Location was excellent, just where I wanted to be. Room clean, comfy and with more facilities than the average room.

The property was in an excellent location, just seconds away from the beech.
The fridge in the room made a huge difference as not a lot of places provide that that, and that was used throughout our stay.
The mugs in are room were stained.
There was a patch on the bed with a massive stain on.
The microwave in the room wasn’t clean.
It was very noisy, we were next to a boiler I believe which kept ticking through the night.
There was no fan, and the room was very warm, that is nobody’s fault with the weather temp but a fan would have cooled the room down a little.
