Composed of two farm houses Villa Baiocco and Casa Baiocco it can host up to 23/25 people all together

All bedrooms have a bathroom en-suite. If you are traveling in a large group, there won't be any fights for the showers - an important aspect for relaxing holidays.

Swimming Pool: The swimming pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October, located in a carefully manicured garden at 50 meters from the villa. The rectangular measures 12 x 6 m, with a depth of 1, 50 m. The area bordering the swimming pool is terracotta pavement.

Casa Baiocco sleeps up to 8 people and if you wish we cater for you as well. Or perhaps you'd just want to be left alone, than we'll guarantee absolute privacy. Excursions, personal trainers, chefs - all can be organized, just let us know what your needs are.

Our in house cooking service will make a simple and light dinner for you with a fine selection of appetizers, a pasta dish and bruschette & good wine, naturally.
- BREAKFAST IN THE VILLA - every morning, in the dedicated charming Breakfast room with outside patio, we can prepare a wholesome breakfast with traditional products of the region. A staff member will be there to prepare yummy coffee, Italian famous cappuccino with a Buffet breakfast at your disposal with freshly baked croissants, local cheese, hams scrambled eggs ,bacon, fruit , cakes, juices and yogurt and and and
-COOKING CLASS – Our guests will have the pleasure of learning how to prepare delicious, handmade pasta. An experienced chef will introduce you to this fine and very Italian art.
-TRADITIONAL DINNER - A typical Tuscan dinner can be booked. In the comfort of our house - your holiday home - our chef prepares those delicious dishes of the region. The dinner consists of:
- 1 Grande Antipastone - a selection of different starters , - 1 Primo - main course - 1 Secondo - local meat - Side dish – Vegetables - Dessert
- TRUFFLE HUNTING + TRUFFLE BASED LUNCH/DINNER
- WINE TASTING IN THE VILLA + DINNER
DAILY ROOM SERVICE - if desired, housekeeping service will be available to tidy your bedroom every

This is a gorgeous villa set on a beautiful countryside filled with olive trees. The house was very clean and well stocked. The owner was very responsive and helpful. He arranged for Fabio to come onsite and cook two meals for our party of 6; they were delicious! One of the highlights of the villa was the well stocked wine room - bottles of white and red from the property that were priced right and of great quality. Upon leaving we bought quite a few bottles to take to our next destination, our only regret was that we did not buy more! The house has a great location and it is an easy walk into the city which is so very charming and beautiful. Overall experience was excellent, would highly recommend this property!
