Location
In Neuilly-Plaisance in the very quiet and privileged area of Plateau d Avron, near the Coteaux d'Avron park, and overlooking the whole region and the towns of Villemomble, le Raincy. Come and enjoy the calm and charm of the countryside at the gates of Paris, in this magnificent Maison de Maître in millstone, called "le Colombier" dating from the beginning of the 20th century, and set in the middle of its 1,300m2 garden.
Housing
This family home furnished in perfect condition of 200 m2 offers quality services. Very quiet the house and the rooms are located more than 20 meters from the street. In winter the house is fully heated with gas. In summer it stays naturally at a pleasant room temperature because of these thick walls and the orientation of these views. Double glazed windows, an intercom, an alarm and video protection system complete the services of this superb house.
Travelers access
On the ground floor, a double entrance, a living room with television, a large dining room with old parquet floors and moldings, an independent WC with hand basin, a fully equipped dining kitchen with central island, all overlooking the garden and outdoor terrace. On a half level above and overlooking the dining room, a double bedroom, open, with shower room and small library furnished with single bed.
On the 1st floor, a hallway, two bedrooms with old parquet floors, moldings, fireplaces and period mirrors, including a master bedroom of 25 m2, fully equipped and furnished with cupboards and plenty of storage. At the same level two bathrooms with WC.
On the top floor in the attic of the house, a play area with pool table, an open bedroom with two single beds, a second bedroom with double bed. Many storage spaces are available at this level.
From inside the house, access to the basement is also possible, with freezer and washing machine.
The private exterior of the house, facing south-east, is a 157 m2 garden terrace with outdoor bread oven and barbecue area. In this place you can enjoy the calm, the sun in peace and a large fixed table entirely in granite for your outdoor meals.

This property is a fantastic choice for larger groups looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. The home offers plenty of space, allowing everyone to relax without feeling crowded. With its rich history—dating back around 200 years—it has a unique character, complete with the occasional creak that adds to its charm. At the same time, thoughtful upgrades ensure a comfortable experience.The owners were warm and welcoming, greeting us upon arrival and giving us a tour. While they primarily spoke French and we spoke English, their kindness and hospitality easily bridged the language gap. Communication with the host was excellent—messages were answered promptly and helpfully.One unexpected but thoughtful touch was the owner's wife doing our laundry, which made us feel truly cared for and encouraged to simply unwind and enjoy our time.Do note that mosquitoes were present during our stay, so a bit of preparation (like repellent) would be helpful. Overall, it was a delightful experience in a unique and inviting home.

Gabriel was the perfect host and helped us feel right at home. We loved this home… enjoyed every room for its own character. We were fine with the drive into the city and Versaille. Lots of food options 15 minutes drive away and a delightful patisserie A 10 minute walk. We would absolutely stay here again.

This was truly a remarkable house. It was very elegant and classical. It had everything one could ask for. Everything is the house was perfect. The host was truly amazing. He was helpful and took care any concerns or needs that we had. This house is a must for large families or a group. The neighborhood was quiet. The area was safe. This was the perfect house.
