They are the good spirits of San Pancrazio. Anna is responsible for the house and the farm and Mauro rules over the area with its many fruit trees, the four olive groves, the vineyard, the pond fed by the ancient mineral spring and the romantic hiking trails, including the Roman Trail.
In the modern converted old barn, the communicative center of San Pancrazio, there are over two floors a wonderfully covered terrace with a wide view, a communal kitchen, a conference table, music system, TV, a home cinema, chair seats and a full bath.
PRIVATE BATH SEA AND SAUNA
Haunted you can bathe in the refreshing natural lake, where the mineral spring flows and belongs to the private property.

I giorni scanditi da luce e buio,tornare indietro per andare avanti.Il sorriso della fata Anna ad ogni discreto incontro e la sicurezza del re dei boschi Mauro,completano un soggiorno fantastico.Bravo sig Stein ,ha la gratitudine di tutto il popolo italiano per il suo lavoro a San Pancrazio,del quale credo sua moglie Maddalena sia stata Musa ispiratrice.
