The Location is AMAZING!!!
There's a very nice playground and a park in front of the building!
There's a huge park with nice things 300m nearby.
You are literally on the main street of the Plovdiv Old Town.
With pretty much all tourist attractions on a short walking distance.
Lots and lots and lots of restaurants and shops in the area.

Parking was possible within 100-200m even without the paid parking option (in 2026 April).
Only the restaurant has issues.
The restaurant feels like the staff is very much still figuring it out. A lot of things remaining to work out in the customer experience of the restaurant. The managers should be a lot more involved to get the restaurant to work out - because other than the staff still figuring it out, everything else in the restaurant is super nice!

Very good and central location - within walking distance to all main attractions/ bars/ restaurants. The room was clean and very cute giving this boutique vibe. Good for couples. It isn't suitable for guests with any disabilities - the house is old and has a very narrow and steep staircase. Keep in mind that the bathrooms aren't private and since the building is old they were integrated in the rooms and separated with glass only from the room - as shown in the pictures. They have a curtain tho for more privacy.
I had trouble checking into the room. You have to go through the restaurant, which belongs to the property, to reach the rooms. This sadly wasn't mentioned anywhere. They gave me instructions for check-in, but sadly didn't give me a code to enter the front door - only a code for the lockbox to get the keys of the room, which was located directly at the door of the room. The entrance door of the building was locked, it was very cold outside and we were carrying our baggage, while trying to figure out how to enter the building. Terrible communication with the host - meaning non-existent. I called a few times to get any information on how to enter the building, but the phone was turned off. I texted the host - no response. I entered the restaurant close to the entrance to ask there, if they knew how to help me; thankfully, they did. There is no parking, as the add suggests!!! If you come by car, apparently you have to park at a paid open parking close by for 10 euro/day. We managed to find a space outside the parking for free. That was very disappointing for me.
