About this house rental
4BR lake VIEW house overlooking Greer's Ferry Lake in the scenic Arkansas Ozarks. Two Level, 4 BR, 2 BA house, 2,114 sq. ft heated/cooled. Full Kitchen, view of the lake from both levels. The layout is perfect for two families to rent together and still have privacy. You'll enjoy the large wide view of the lake that offers views of boats, jet skiing, fishermen, the beach, and boat ramps at Devil's Fork Recreation area. Just outside your back door is a large main level deck with table and chairs for entertaining, sunning or relaxing. Gas and charcoal grills are available. We do not provide gas or charcoal. We do not clean grills. Feel free to use any gas that may be available, but if the tank is empty you will have to trade it out at a local store. Covered patio downstairs has a bench swing and small table/chairs. This is a fully furnished home with a King size bed, 2 Queen size beds and 1 Full
double. Firestick and Roku available, bring your passwords. Main level has a 60” TV. Downstairs also has its own bath and family room with TV. Devil's Fork Rec area is just across the bridge with seasonal beaches, boat ramps, etc. Nearby Lacey's Narrows Marina offers boat rentals, boat slips and more.

Food/Drinks/Coffee are not provided, but you are welcome to use any available condiments or spices.
Boats/RVs: Please be aware that the driveway is very steep on one side and very difficult to maneuver boats/RVs in and out of with very little storage. We suggest you rent a boat slip at Lacey's Narrows Marina (4 miles from house). Fairfield Bay Marina (12 miles from house) has a variety of rentals from SUPs to Hard Top Tritons. They both have websites for up to date rental information. No loud trucks or motorcycles. This is a quiet residential neighborhood.

RENTER MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT. MAXIMUM total occupancy 8 people. All occupants under 21 must be accompanied by an adult 25 years or older. Children must be supervised. Backyard is very steep.

great experience with easy check in and check out. state park with boat ramps 5 minutes from property. nice lake view wwas able to watch fireworks at devils fork state park from upper living room.

This house was very clean! We loved the layout. My college aged girls were downstairs with their own living space which they liked. Plenty of parking and a GREAT view of the lake! The beds were all very comfortable as well. We’ll be renting this house again!
