This beautiful condo is a ground floor unit that has been fully updated and is with in walking distance to restaurants, Coffee Shop & Grocery Store. Located in the South end of Palm Springs putting you in easy access to all the valley attractions. The Biltmore complex has a fabulous pool, spa, outdoor lounge areas, and BBQ area. This unit has a nice outdoor private patio that is quiet and peaceful. Fully stocked with all you need to enjoy your stay, just bring your clothes and personal items. Just steps to the pool and spa. We really liked the main floor unit and nice patio for morning coffee. The condo is nicely equipped with many kitchen extras, plenty of fluffy towels and a super updated ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The complex has a beautiful pool area with a laundry room a short walk to the lobby area. We used the barbecues available to residents also situated by the pool/hot tub. There are neighborhood coffee shops and restaurants. Most Palm Springs dining is a very short drive away, as is Ralphs for grocery shopping. There is lots of street parking right by the condo which makes up for the one awkward covered spot that comes with the unit.
The property manager, Grady is great and responds quickly to any questions. We would definitely recommend staying at this quiet and comfortable unit.

Condo as described and photographed. Quiet building in a great location close to all Palm Springs has to offer. Host was responsive and helpful!

Couple minor issues taken care of by Grady. Condo was great. All new appliances. Friendliest neighbors we have encountered.
Only con: they don’t heat pool. Too expensive
