La tenuta è bellissima. Ideale per passare delle giornate in assoluto relax facendo il bagno in un lago naturale molto caratteristico o percorrendo i sentieri che si sviluppano per molti km, incontrando un sacco di animali selvatici.
Comunque la posizione è ideale anche per raggiungere facilmente gran parte dell'Umbria e la Tuscia Laziale.
