About this house rental
This home was built in the early 1950's and has a lovely Laguna Beach house feel. The entrance is off a small cul-de-sac in the gated community of Lagunita. The kitchen, master bedroom with king bed with walk/roll in shower/grab bars and a second bedroom with en suite bath and queen bed are on the main level. The dining room table, which works well as a game table, too, is located next to two large windows looking out to the ocean. The lower level has two more bedrooms and a bunk room (we call it the tree room - you will see why). All bedrooms have en suite baths, master has king size bed and fantastic ocean views, bedrooms two and three have queen sized beds with views of the ocean, bedroom four has two twin beds. Bunk room has two single beds. Most rooms have ocean, sunset and Catalina views. This house has great outdoor living space with large wrap around decks and patios, BBQ, deck chairs and tables.
It is a short walk down the street to Victoria Beach - I think one of the prettiest beaches in Laguna. The house comes with sheets, towels, outfitted kitchen, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas and beach toys! There is an outdoor shower to shower off after a day at the beach. The home is close enough to the beach to come up during the day for bathroom breaks, snacks, naps, and breaks.

Beautiful views and ocean sounds. A great relaxing getaway for our family, checkin etc very easy. Stocked with all the basics.

We loved staying in this wonderful home. It is very spacious, comfortable, incredible views of the ocean and literally just a few steps to the beach. It is also easy and convenient to get to town and shopping. The Odells welcomed us to their home and made the process as easy as possible. It was a perfect vacation. Thank you!
