Location is excellent, 3 mins from train station, a grocery store is in the corner, tram takes you everywhere to transfer, only couple stops get you to old Town for train tour and all the rated four star restaurants is in that area. We went to US cemetery and the tram takes you to final stop and change to shuttle to the memorial park, everything is great if you don't mind the tram passing by every 5 to 10 mins, just because my room facing the street, they stop by midnight I think. Make sure you set up the number they give you without the country code in Whatsapp. Is contactless check in and out.you need to call the guy when you get there so they can open the door for you.

About five minutes from the main rail station which has stops for over a dozen bus lines and a tram. All public transport in Luxembourg is free.

While the cleanliness and location were great, my experience was marred by multiple issues that I believe need to be addressed.
I arrived late at the hotel after a long coach journey from Amsterdam, which was delayed due to heavy traffic. The poor Wi-Fi on the road prevented me from seeing messages from the hotel. To make matters worse, the taxi dropped us off far from the hotel, and I had difficulty finding my way there. This being my first time in Luxembourg, I was hoping for understanding and assistance from the staff.
When I reached the hotel, I tried to contact Tony, the staff member, explaining the situation. Unfortunately, his response was far from accommodating. He mentioned he was putting his kids to sleep and simply told me to get the key and go wherever I wanted after. I attempted to call multiple times, but my calls were declined. As time was almost 11 pm, I sent him a picture of where I was stranded, just 50 meters from the hotel, but he said he had no idea where I was.
In the future, I would suggest that the hotel clearly state in their listing that late check-ins are NOT ALLOWED. I understand that the booking had been paid in full, but I did not expect such a rude response, especially when I wasn’t seeking special treatment—just a little empathy.
Additionally, the Wi-Fi was unavailable most of the time, and the pillows were uncomfortably thin. Despite requesting extra pillows from the housekeeper, none were provided.
For the price paid, I would recommend looking for better options in the future.
I trust that Agoda will take this feedback seriously and ensure that improvements are made.
