About this cabin rental
A great family or multifamily getaway, this recently remodeled home has 3BR, 2 BA with ground floor master bedroom and upstairs master bedroom, large kid’s bunkroom, spacious deck, outdoor open space, well maintained and cleared parking and walkways.
The ground floor has a master bedroom with CA King, bathroom with walk-in tile shower, family room with gas fireplace and large screen TV with DVD, a dining table and a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The upstairs master bedroom has a CA King bed. The large kids’ bunkroom with two full/twin bunk beds, games, and widescreen TV with DVD, has plenty of space to play or relax.
The large deck opens up to a private open space, perfect for the kids to have snowball fights or throw a Frisbee.
Linens, towels, clothes soap, hand soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, tissue, hair dryers, and much more are provided for your use and enjoyment. Just bring your clothes, skis, bikes, toothbrush and toothpaste.
Amenities include: wireless internet, 2 TVs with DVDs, washer & gas dryer, gas fireplace, new argon high efficiency windows and slider.
Conveniently located, the home is across the street from the Championship Golf Course/Chateau Clubhouse, 1 mile from the Hyatt Resort/Casino and within minutes of a variety of restaurants, grocery store, the Lake Tahoe beaches of Incline, and the Incline Village fitness center. Stateline casinos and hotels are an approximate 10 minute drive, Mount Rose ski resort is a 20 minute drive and Diamond Peak ski resort is only 5 minutes away.
We are also very open to a seasonal rental. Please call for very reasonable ski lease rates!!

Property was perfect for our family's needs while in Incline Village for a grandson's wedding. We chose due the proximity to the wedding venue. Would stay again. Had a minor plumbing issue, and host, Amy was immediately on the problem, having it solved within a couple of hours with no inconvenience to our family. Again, thank you, Amy!

This place was great, the house is clean, the location is fantastic and communication with the owner was on point. The location was idea as it is right across the street from the Incline Lodge which is where our wedding event took place. The only issue - and not a deal breaker at all - was trying to find the unit as it is tucked in with several other buildings. We walked out and met our family guests that came by to visit. This was a 5 star stay for us and we had a lot of fun visiting Incline Village.
