Newly updated, charming Victorian home in prime location in Northwest Alphabetic Nob Hill, located on a quiet dead-end street in the popular alphabet district, just blocks from NW 23rd Ave. Free, convenient parking spot in the driveway in front of the house! Parking passes available for extra cars! Perfect for large families and groups! There is a studio apt. underneath with their own entrance around the side.
This newly updated home features 3 bedrooms (plus 4th sleeping area in living room), 2 full bathrooms, living room, formal dining room, oversized gourmet kitchen, and private back patio off kitchen. Plenty of space to sleep up to 8 people and is perfect for entertaining and hosting groups/family gatherings. Includes parking spot!
The main floor has two bedrooms, full bathroom, gourmet fully equipped kitchen, formal dining room, and spacious living room with original pocket doors and sleeper sofa to create a "fourth" private sleeping area. Original hardwood floors throughout the entire house! The oversize, newly updated kitchen features high end appliances, large granite island and French doors that lead onto a spacious, private deck with outdoor furniture. The house was recently remodeled to include an updated kitchen and bathrooms along with a new furnace and plumbing, so you'll get all the comforts of the new and charm of the old! Window AC units provide in warmer months.
The upstairs includes a spacious primary bedroom suite with king bed, full bathroom with claw foot tub plus tile shower, living area with couch, large closet, washer/dryer, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and French doors that lead onto its own private balcony.
Private parking spot included! There is a driveway for parking (we can provide parking passes if you have more than one car) but a car is not necessarily needed in this urban neighborhood! There is also a studio apartment below plus condo units next door if you need more units!

It is very close to the street car for quick access to the Pearl District (also within walking distance), Willamette River and Downtown.

I would definitely recommend staying at the quaint Victorian home. It was well maintained and perfect for our group of 4. It was such a bonus to have parking. It was so easy to walk to restaurants and shops just a few blocks away.

This is a great location with fabulous spaces to relax and enjoy. Our host Becky was the best accommodating a small emergency with simple hospitality. We would definitely rent again!
