About this house rental
An amazing contemporary home in the perfect Manhattan Beach location (borders on hill and sand section). Located 2 short blocks from downtown and all it’s restaurants, boutiques, etc. Just a couple more blocks to the Pier. Breathtaking ocean, PV & Catalina views, yet situated in a quieter section of MB. This custom built contemporary designed by renowned architect offers over 2700 sf, 3 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 baths.
The upper most level features the best views, and a gourmet kitchen open to the large family room with gas fireplace & an 80” UHDTV. The adjacent family / dining room and balcony (with gas fire pit) make this space perfect for family enjoyment & entertaining.
Mid level provides the master bedroom with ocean view, large balcony, HDTV, custom bath (separate bath and shower), & an office space. 2nd bedroom has a king bed & a queen bed in the loft area capable of sleeping 4 total as well as its own bath. Laundry on this level as well.
The first level provides a unique & fabulous entertaining room / 3rd bedroom, surrounded by large glass doors on two sides that can lift fully to provide a feeling of outdoor, yet private living & ocean breezes. There is a fold away queen bed in this room. This room also features a 65 inch 4kTV. There’s a beautiful atrium and large back yard with another fire pit and Big Green Egg. This yard is unique as most homes in this area have minimal or no yard. 2 car garage. Dumbwaiter. Peloton.

Terrific place just 7 mins walk from the beach and 1/2 that to Simzy’s. House feels like CA and has a nice ocean view from the rooftop deck. Great for couples retreat or in our case two families with kids.
Suzy is a terrific and extremely gracious host and does everything she can to make sure your stay is the best it can be (I.e. local restaurant recommendations, what to do, etc.)
Hope to stay there again!

We had a fantastic stay at this Manhattan Beach home. It was perfect for our family of five. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The house had lots of interesting architectural features. The kids loved the soccer goal in the backyard. Susan was an attentive host. Would definitely recommend this property!

Exactly where you want to be. Owners were very communicative. Great kitchen for cooking and a terrific backyard space.
