Neben vier Zweibettzimmern, einem gemütlichen Wohn- und Aufenthaltsraum mit großer Sonnenterasse für sonnenhungrige Gäste, finden auch diejenigen, die lieber im Schatten ihr Glas Fränkischen Apfelmost (von eigener Streuobstwiese) trinken, eine gemütliche Sitzecke unter einem alten Apfelbaum. Zwei modern eingerichtete Bäder tragen ebenfalls zur Erholung bei. Eine geräumige Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie im Urlaub benötigen, um sich auch selbst verpflegen zu können. Mittags oder abends freut sich die Wirtin der in der Nachbarschaft befindlichen urigen Dorfwirtschaft auf Ihren Besuch. Dort erhalten Sie gute fränkische Hausmannskost. Große Sonnenterasse, kleiner Garten, Grillplatz, kleinem Lagerfeuerplatz, Fahrradgarage, Waschmaschine, TV, zustellbarem Kinderbett und Kinderstuhl sind selbstverständlich vorhanden. Auf Wunsch bereiten wir Ihnen auch gerne ein Frühstück zu, vorzugsweise mit Produkten aus der Umgebung.

Helge is a very generous host. When we arrived, she gave us a tour of the place and told us we could order fresh bread for the morning, for a fee. We did, and each morning there was a bag at our door with what we'd ordered. So nice. The rental is great. Three bedrooms upstairs and a full bath, and one downstairs, a full bath, living room and kitchen. Helge has decorated the farmhouse with antiques. It got cold while we were there one night, and the radiators worked very well. We also enjoyed sitting out on the terrace. There is a great Biergarten across the street with excellent food. Rothenburg is 30 minutes away, and Ansbach has a nice Saturday market. I learned this from Helge's information booklet. It's full of things to do in the area.

My family stayed in this lovely countryside house as a based for visiting nearby Christmas markets in Ansbach, Nurnberg, Rothenburh, and other cities. Frau Strohlein made us feel very comfortable and for a modest additional fee prepared a plentiful breakfast to start our days. The house was immaculate and roomy and we enjoyed our stay.

Leider waren wir nur 3 Tage ins Ansbach aber es war rundum traumhaft. Das Haus super gepflegt, sauber und mit vielen liebevollen Kleinigkeitgen bis ins Detail eingerichtet. Die Lage absolut ruhig inmitten der Natur. Die Vermieterin sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Absolut zu empfehlen einfach nur toll.
