Featuring forest views from the living room, this wonderful vacation rental is beautiful any time of the year. Bright and cheerful with room to sleep eight, Rock Beach is the place for you!
The entry level includes two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and a glass sliding door to the covered deck. The second bedroom has a cozy queen-size bed. There is also a full bath with a tub/shower. The laundry closet is just across the hall.
On the second level, the living room, dining area, and kitchen are all together, so everyone can gather in one place. You’ll also find the second full bathroom. Plenty of bath linens are provided.
Relax and warm up by the wood burning fireplace in the living room. There's a large flat screen TV with cable and DVD player, plus a comfortable leather sofa, chair, and ottoman. Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected and the adjacent covered deck gas BBQ.
With all those mouths to feed, it’s handy to stay in for some of your meals. The well-equipped, open concept kitchen includes everything you need, especially the all-important dishwasher. There are six chairs at the large dining table and three stools at the breakfast bar.
On the loft, you’ll find one queen bed and one set of bunk beds—a perfect space for the kids or a small family to call their own.
When you’re ready to venture outside, keep everyone entertained in this perfect vacation setting. The Recreation Center / Lodge features a swimming pool, two outdoor hot tubs, locker room saunas, billiards, tennis and bocce courts, and a fitness trail. The complex backs up to Tahoe National Forest, offering miles of hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, and other activities year-round.
Your home away from home is in Carnelian Bay, where all North Lake Tahoe is right at your doorstep! Stroll down to Magic Carpet mini golf or check out Waterman’s Landing, located at Patton Landing Beach, a 3-acre, pebbly beach known for stand-up paddling.
To experience Lake Tahoe gambling and nightlife, Incline Village and Nevada's historic casino Crystal Bay are a short drive away, just across the state line.

The bathrooms and kitchen were a little outdated. The fridge had a leak which a pan was put under it but it wasn’t back far enough so there was water leaking down into the fridge. Not a huge deal but a minor inconvenience that could be fixed. We would stay again if it was available. Beds were comfortable and location is great.

Our family (7) really enjoyed our stay, place was clean , everything worked, kitchen was well equipped. Close to our family. Close to kings beach, shopping and fun! Really enjoyed the soft blankets and bedding.

Overall, it was a great location and nice home to spend a short vacation in. 20 minute drive to both North Star and the Palisades. We were VERY bummed that the hot tub was barely open and the hours were limited. If you want a hot tub don't stay here. That was a MUST for my group and I wouldn't have booked this place had I known. Hours were Noon-8:45pm and once we arrived management said it was only open Friday and Saturday. We went there on Saturday and were informed that they would be closing early by the guy running the office. Definitely a bummer.
