The Sanctuary was designed to be your home away from home.
If you are coming to Chillicothe or Ross Co. for theater or music check out our convenient location! If you are traveling for business and need a few nights or weeks, it's a great place to relax after a long day. You can cook your own meals in one of our two full kitchens. Relax on the deck & enjoy the countryside. We have two California king size beds in private bedrooms, a third bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds and a futon and a king bed on the main floor of the sanctuary . Two full bathrooms, one up, one down. One with a jetted tub big enough for two. Hot tub outside.

We had a great weekend! It was a beautiful building! The kids used the hot tub every night! The host was also very accommodating and helped whenever we had a question or issue! And when the snow storm almost snowed us in they offered extra time and to plow us out! Would stay again without a doubt!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this wonderfully unique property! With 6 adults (3 generations) in our group, it provided us with more interior space than we imagined, allowing us to spread out and relax (or play), with a leather-style couch that wouldn’t quit, comfortable beds, and distractions such as ping pong, the hot tub, and even the large jetted tub inside. Since this was a Thanksgiving destination, we really appreciated the extra large table and two full kitchens. If you’re not cooking, you will still find lots of food options within 15-20 minutes away.
Some of our group enjoyed trips out to hiking and cultural destinations, while others stayed close and were happy exploring gravestones and enjoying the quiet, rural views featuring cows, horses, goats and more.
Instructions for preparing/packing, and checking in and out were clear — and when I missed an email, it was a quick and friendly phone call to straighten it out. If we are ever headed this way again, I think this property will be at the top of our list!

Thus is the second time I've stayed here. Absolutely awesome! Lors of open space with fantastic view. (We got lucky beautiful fireworks lit up the hillsides). Great place to rest and relax with friends, family or just yourself. I'm sure I'll be a returning guest.
