Casa Marina is located in the quiet aerea of Villa Imperiale in Forte dei marmi at only five minutes by bike from the sea and from the centre. It has a small nice garden where guests can relax under beach umbrella during the day time or have a nice barbecue for diner. Casa Marina has two bedrooms one bathroom and a well equipped kitchen. Two bikes are at guests disposal.Casa Marina is the ideal place for families with one kid. Casa Marina has been recently restructured.

We really had a great stay. The host is very friendly and helped us to really enjoy the vacation.The place was tidy and had everything we needed. We also used the kitchen extensively and were very happy with the equipment available.

Good location in a quiet neighbourhood, at a short distance from the beach and town center using the bikes provided by the friendly and welcoming hosts. The apartment itself is small, divided on two floors connected by a spiral staircase; simply furnished, the best part is a nice outdoor patio and garden. During our stay there was a building site nearby which was noisy during the day, but nights were generally quiet. It’s a very green area which is pleasant but be aware of the presence of mosquitoes in the summer, insect repellent candles and sprays can help. The owner directed us to the Bagni Graziella beach club which was good value for money in the area. Parking in the street was available and free.

I proprietari sono persone molto gentili, cordiali e sempre disponibili, tuttavia qualche attenzione in più verso alcuni dettagli renderebbe sicuramente migliore l’aspetto e la funzionalità del grazioso appartamento e del suo giardino: dal vialetto d’ingresso con piante di ortensia da liberare dalle molte, troppe foglie secche, al tappeto erboso da ripulire dal manto di aghi di pino, dalla eliminazione di alcune posate fuori uso, alla necessaria attenzione verso alcuni punti luce indispensabili ma non funzionanti. Soggiorno nel complesso gradevole se non per nostra sfortuna compromesso dai vicini della porzione di villa adiacente, molto chiassosi e con un cane allo sbando totale visti gli inesistenti loro richiami, ma questa, nostro malgrado e per dovere di obiettività, è tutta un’altra storia!!
