Whispering Ridge Cabin with Spa & Mountain Bliss

Welcome to Golden Sunshine! This classic log home is a perfect place for a mountain retreat or a family get-together. The cabin is located 2 miles from town, away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough for a short drive to town. The home features a large, expansive deck, perfect for hanging out with family and friends, grilling on the BBQ, doing morning yoga, or simply enjoying a glass of wine while watching the sunset. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for warming up during the colder months and creating a classic ambiance. The home has three bedrooms upstairs with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom and queen-sized beds in the other two rooms. The downstairs office can serve as a fourth bedroom with a queen-sized bed. It's the perfect home for a large group or family looking for a stress-free getaway in a beautiful classic log cabin.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING:

Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.
This vacation rental is equipped with a mini-split air-conditioning unit downstairs.

-Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150.00 cancellation charge. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund, plus a $150.00 cancellation charge. No Cancellations are Allowed for November, December, and January.

- Pets: We do allow dogs, however, please note that there is a fee of $35 per dog per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, you must obtain prior approval and additional fees may apply. When booking through selected third-party sites such as Airbnb, once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a payment request for the dog fee, which should be paid separately.

-Soft Tub Spa: The availability of the spa may be impacted during the winter months (November–March), as its use is dependent on weather conditions. Spa temperature may range between 85°F–100°F and may not consistently exceed 100°F due to colder temperatures.

-Check-in instructions: On your arrival day, the reserving guest will receive a text with check-in instructions between 3:30 and 4:00 PM. Please stop by our office to retrieve your key from the lock box.

- Parking: Free parking is available for 3 vehicles (Seasonal Restrictions Apply)

- Outdoor lighting: Please note that outdoor lighting must comply with Riverside County regulations and must not blink, flash, or rotate. Guests will be held liable for any "light trespass" on surrounding properties.

- County permit number: 001316

- Rental agreement: Please review our rental agreement for our house rules. You will receive an emailed version to sign, but if you prefer other options, please inquire.

- Age restrictions: Due to the new County of Ordinance 927.2: We no longer accept reservations for anyone under 21 years of age.

- Seasonal wood delivery: If available, there is a $25 fee per bundle (approximately 20 pieces). Please provide at least 5 days' notice for a Friday arrival date or at least 3 days' notice for any other day of the week. Please note that there are no refunds for this service.

- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.

- Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals. This includes but is not limited to firewood, pet fees, special occasion requests, personal grocery drop-offs, pay-per-view movies or sporting events, and damaged property.

Guests booking this home under the age of 25 years of age will provide an additional insurance for $70.00 non-refundable on the day of arrival.
