The space
This custom built 3bd/2bath Tuscan, Mediterranean style home, is in the quiet canyon neighborhood of Rockaway Beach, Pacifica. This house gives you the feeling no other will with it's beautiful natural light glowing throughout house, warm plaster walls, and radiant heat floors. On the first floor, you will find an open floor plan, which combines the kitchen, dining, and living area with balcony to enjoy views of street/neighborhood.

Adjacent to the kitchen area are two of the bedrooms, both with queen beds and offer plenty of natural light. Nearby, you will find a full bath with claw foot tub with rain shower head and washer/dryer area.

Upstairs is the master suite with on-suite bath, double rain shower heads, double sinks, queen-size bed, and beautiful private balcony with relaxing sitting area.

On the opposite side of the master bedroom, you will find a quaint family room which opens up to a terraced split level backyard, hot outdoor shower, lower patio and upper deck, canyon/hillside views.

The neighborhood
Short walk to public transportation! Walking distance to beach, local shops, eateries, and family entertainment (bowling). There are endless ways to enjoy this special coastline from SF to Silicon Valley and down the coast to Half Moon Bay and Pescadero. There is a wide range of adventures and activities at your fingertips; from horseback riding, hiking, biking, surfing, tide pools, elephant seals (Ano Nuevo State Park) and just down the street even bowling! Pacifica is a unique and eclectic Northern California beach town, perfectly located 20 minutes from downtown San Francisco and 15 minutes from San Francisco International Airport.

Nicks (Live music and dancing on Friday and Saturdays. Famous for their Crab Sandwich and steak and lobster. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.) La Playa (great for families), The Moonraker (great for cocktail hour or breakfast, lunch or dinner) and Breakers (for an early breakfast.)

A short drive away is Starbucks coffee and Safeway supermarket.

Getting around
Walking distance to Sam Trans and a 10 minute ride to the Colma/Daly City BART station which connects you to a majority of the bay area. Uber and Lyft are also an option.
