Perfect place to stay in Skopie, in front of the arc, one of the most famous squares too. And the main square just two minutes walk. Big apartment with everything you need. Nice plants. Good rest and sleep. Air conditioning. Free parking and wifi too. Kitchen is Ok too! There are cafes, shops and restaurants around. People were kind and professional. Easy check in.

Location is great. Very large apartment.
Furniture and fixtures are outdated. Bathroom fixtures seemed dirty. Beds were also dirty as there was hair from previous guests.

The location is central and the apartment is in somewhat ok condition. Mr. Kolev was helpful and showed up for the check in. We loved the handmade furniture features and overall the experience can be improved if the problems are fixed.
The apartment is on 3rd floor ( fourth floor from parking level) without elevator. The bathroom door is broken and it cannot be closed. There is an overpowering sewage stench coming from it that hits you as you walk through the door. The ventilator in the bathroom is broken and the foul smell that induces vomiting reaction hits you every time you go to the bathroom or walk in or of out the apartment. The bedroom door cannot be closed. There's no mosquito nets at all and no blinds on the back side of the apartment. The parking is behind the building, not easily accessible or intuitive to find, perhaps written instructions with map directions could help with that.
