About this villa rental
Family house, renovated, quiet, comfortable, office with wifi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine in the basement, close to all amenities, the center and beaches. Parking in the property, the East facing facade is facing the entrance to the port of Perros, 15 minutes walk from the city center. and close to Friday's weekly market. a hiking trail runs along the house, on one side towards the center and on the other side to the Pors ar Goret beach and Trestrignel beach.
Amenities at House on rue de la petite corniche, 600m from town center and 1km from port.

This is a gem! Plenty of room in this house--4 bedrooms, 2 full baths over two floors, large kitchen, nice balcony. The location is great: walk to the beach (it's more rocky than sandy) or, a little further, to town. A car is probably helpful to get around. The Port Plaisant part of Perros-Guirec, near this house, is small with nice shops and restaurants. I recommend the Wednesday morning market!
Marie-Francoise is a lovely and helpful host. The house was very clean and check-in was easy. We only had 3 nights here but could easily have stayed longer.

Es war alles super! Es fehlte uns in diesem Haus nichts, war sauber und eine sehr nette Vermieterin!
Die Aussicht ist genial. Es ist gut gelegen, 10 min. zu Fuss zum Strand
Trestignel, sowie auch ins Dorfzentrum.

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans cette maison sur les hauteurs de Perros-Guirec. La maison est fonctionnelle avec sa pièce salle à manger / cuisine, ses 4 chambres et 2 salles de bain, 3 WC. La propriétaire est accueillante. L'emplacement permet de voir la mer, d'accéder à pieds à la mer 5mn et à la plage 10mn. Cependant le niveau des finitions intérieure est insuffisant (baguettes de portes manquantes, peinture, qualité du salon un peu âgé, une des portes de douche cassée). Cela n'a rien ôté à nos vacances.
