Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cupboard storage in oak style "gendarme hat" floor with linoleum. Large work plan. Integrated fridge, four-burner gas hob. Electric oven. Sink. Old solid wood table and four chairs.
Shower room with comfortable shower, toilet, sink and storage under sink. Small mirror cabinet. Separate space for gas boiler for hot water and heating of radiators in all rooms. Storage space in this space with small cupboards and shelves. Tiled floor. The bedroom is spacious and warm with a solid bamboo parquet floor.
Storage shelves and a television aerial socket. Large 160 cm wide bed with two bedside tables. and a storage unit.
The windows are double glazed. Electricity is up to recent standards.

L accueil de M. Vignot est chaleureux. En provenance de Martinique, il a été de bon conseil,très disponible et arrangeant . Le local est propre et spacieux.
Athis Mons est une ville dynamique et est excellemment placée pour les visites et les déplacements.
Après des journées actives, une bonne literie et un calme propice à la récupération.
Nous vous conseillons sincèrement cette location.

Un décor qui date un peu mais un appartement propre et fonctionnel. Dommage qu'il y ait une odeur de renfermé.
